He was predeceased by: his parents, Corbett N. Fowler and Ruby H. Fowler; his wife Vicky I. Fowler; his daughter Terresa Ann Fowler; and his brother Reggie Fowler.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Cindy Williamson of Rock Hill, SC and Melody Crawford (John) of Hendersonville, NC..
