She was predeceased by: her parents, Peggy McAteer and Sambo McAteer; and her siblings, Mike Williams, Dennis Brewer, Angela Walker and Patty Martin.
She is survived by: her husband John L. Boyd; her daughter Carrie Hodges (David); her grandsons, Johnathan and James Hodges; and her brother Shane McAteer (Trixie) of Florida. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
