He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Rogers Lucas; his son Tim Rogers; and his siblings, Stanley, Cecil and Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Beard Rogers; his children, Tony Rogers of Greenville, SC, Scott McGaha (Amy) of Charleston, SC and Kristi Timmons (Lanny) of Rock Hill; his grandchildren, Matt Timmons of Rock Hill, Addison Timmons of Rock Hill, Jessica McGaha and Katie McGaha of Charleston, SC; and his brothers, David Simpson (Dorie) of Prosperity, SC and Dickie Simpson (Shirley) of Blacksburg, SC. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
