It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgia Stroud of Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in Loris, South Carolina, who passed away on July 30, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Jefferson Anderson and Flossie Buffkin Anderson; her husband John Elbert Stroud; and her sisters, Christine Strickland, Berlyne McCann and Miriam Anderson.

She is survived by: her son Roy L. Stroud (Melissa Nearing) of Rock Hill; and her siblings, Arvil Anderson of Archdale, NC and Wilmoth Anderson of Kernersville, NC..
