He is survived by: his wife Rita Nelson Bailey; his daughter Deanna Riggs; his grandsons, Brian Riggs (Carrie) and Michael Riggs (Julie); and his great grandchildren, Tyler Bennett of Rock Hill, Kimberleigh Riggs of Rock Hill and Alex Riggs of Rock Hill.
