He was predeceased by: his parent Edgar David Funderburk, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Annie Belle Funderburk; his wife Carolyn Funderburk; and his children, Fred J. Funderburk, Jr. (Kay) of Rock Hill, John D. Funderburk of York, Dennis B. Funderburk of Rock Hill, Timothy M. Head, Virginia Kay Newell (Jack) of York and Tina H. Nichols (Darren) of Rock Hill. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
