He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E Porter Sr. and Lona McMillan Porter; his wife Sybil Elizabeth Cothran Porter; and his brothers, Norman and Jimmy Porter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Arant (Donnie) of Rock Hill, Carolyn Moore (Frank) of Charlotte, NC, Frankie Burkett (Darrell) of Rock Hill and Emma Neal (Walter) of Rock Hill. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
