Estelle Marie Burris Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Estelle Marie Burris of Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on November 16, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl G. Burris and Beulah Gibson Ghent; her husband Marvin Rufus Burris; her daughter Sheila McNeely; and her siblings, Dot Horton, Stella Knighten, Bill Burris and Clyde Burris.
She is survived by: her children, Marvin Randall Burris (Martha) of Lowell, NC, Timothy Burris of Rock Hill, SC, Patricia Ann Cooper, Martha Quin, Pat Mahaffey of Lancaster, SC and Janice Welch (Frank) of Rock Hill, SC; her brother Frank Burris (Judy) of Clover, SC; and her son-in-law Jim McNeely of Rock Hill. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mt. Gallant Church of God in memory of Estelle Burris.
