She was predeceased by: her husband William L Young (Bill); her son William L Young III; and her siblings, Joan Hagan, Henry Miller and Duane Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Wood (Robert), Andrew Young, Larry Young (Susan) and Amy Lawton (Boyce); her grandchildren, Teresa Kett (Brian), Benjamin Wood (Hannah), Emma Young, Eric Young, Will Lawton and Drew Lawton; and her great grandchildren, Liam Kett, Molly Kett, Owen Wood and Elliott Wood.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any of the following: Episcopal Church of Our Savior, 144 Caldwell Street, Rock Hill, SC 29730; Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 37 Villa Road, Suite 109, Greenville, SC 29615, or the Winthrop University.
