She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Roof and Lila Varnadore Roof; her son Joe Sealy; and her brothers, Wesley and Jerry Roof.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Wayne Sealy; and her children, Melissa Sealy Church of Rock Hill, Rachel Sealy Smith of Rock Hill and Bob Sealy (Stefanie) of Rock Hill.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Sealy's name to Oakland Baptist Church, 1067 Oakland Ave., Rock Hill, SC, 29732.
