He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Odell Carter, Jr. and Dana Canupp Carter McCoy; and his grandfather Jim Henry Canupp. He is survived by: his grandparents, Nadine, Roger Carter of Rock Hill and Carolyn Hazel Canupp of Rock Hill; his siblings, Derek Roger Carter of Rock Hill, Kaleb Michael McCoy of Rock Hill, Melanie Paige Jones of Rock Hill and Emily Faith McCoy of Rock Hill; and his uncle Kasey Canupp (Carla) of Rock Hill.
