We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2021, at the age of 85, Dee Powell in Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Robert Powell. She is survived by: her children, Dolores Putney (David) of Franklinville and Jeff Giroux (Janice) of Rock Hill; and her stepdaughters, Vickie Powell Eddins of Jacksonville and Lisa Powell Woods (Leo) of Henrico. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren and many other extended family members and friends.
