He was predeceased by: his grandfather Charles Edwards; his uncle Clark Edwards; his father Dennis Dickerson; his stepfather Doug Herd; and his grandmother Millie Reid.

He is survived by: his wife Amanda Dickerson; his children, Devin James, Lillian Mae and Ashley; his granddaughters, Cynthia and Harmony Lincoln; his grandmother Esther Edwards; his mother Donna Edwards Herd; his sister Michelle Wolf (Erik Wolf); his niece Alora; his nephews, Brendan, Grayson and Dillon; his brother Jason; and his niece Makayla Dickerson.
