We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2022, Darryl Whisonant of Rock Hill, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Lyle; his wife Susan Furr Whisonant of Rock Hill, SC; his children, Jason Darryl Whisonant (Shana Morton) of Rock Hill, Chad Stuart Whisonant (Sarah Crowell Whisonant) of Fort Mill, Daniel Eric Whisonant of Rock Hill, Heather Susan Whisonant of Rock Hill and Hayley Nichole Whisonant (Bobby Laster); and his siblings, John "Steve" Whisonant, Rena Neely, Pamela Baker, Barbara Johnson of Rock Hill, David Whisonant, Jean Reynolds and Cassie Vinson. He was also cherished by his five grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
