He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Pettengill and Barbara Pettengill; his sisters, Melissa Pettengill Shubin (Josh) and Christine Pettengill Richey (Mark); his grandparents, Helen Pettengill and Dwight Irwin; his aunts and uncles, Michael Irwin, Myles Pettengill (Linda), Michael Pettengill (Colleen), Suzanne McKinney (David), Marion Murdock (Marv), Helen Fachet, Olivia Maple (Rob), Tina McDevitt (Dan) and Barbara Foster (Bruce); his significant other Cassandra McNamee; and his significant other's sons, Grayson and Liam.
