He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dick Hoover (late Richard) and Pat Hoover (late Ellen Elizabeth Vautier); his brothers, Robert Paul Hoover and Thomas Hoover; his wife Janice Hoover; his brother Richard Hoover (Gracie); his children, Theresa Phillips (Gary), Dane Hoover, Jr. (Tracey), Ritchie Hoover (Cindy), Dana Littlejohn (Mike) and Brittany Hunsinger (Jason); his grandchildren, Jacque, Jennifer, Dane, Erick, Faith, Grace, Austin, Allison, Joseph, Carlye, Landyn, Yates, Ariana and Asher; and his great grandchildren, Elena and Jaxson.
