We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2024, at the age of 67, Cynthia Rudder Millsaps of Rock Hill, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Cynthia Rudder has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her father Bobby Gene Rudder. She is survived by: her mother Sylvia Belk Richardson; her daughter Marcia Hayley Lehman; and her sisters, Terri Rudder Barnes (Ruck) and Geni Rudder Cullum (Mark). She is also survived by one grandson, six nieces and nephews and seven great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the First Baptist Building Fund.
