He is survived by: his father Charles "Chuck" Talmadge Payne II; his daughter Emma Caroline Payne; his parent Bobbie Payne; his siblings, Casie Bohn (Justin) of Lancaster, SC and Nicholas Payne (Ashley) of Maiden, NC; his grandparents, Tal and Jackie Payne of Great Falls, SC; and his aunts and uncles, Todd, Jennifer Payne, Lisha, Ernie Wilson, Ryan and Jodi Neal.
