He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Carroll, Sr. and Mamie Hyatt Carroll; his wife Patty Russell Carroll; and his daughter Jamie Carroll Allen. He is survived by: his children, Rusty Carroll (Donna) of Mobile, AL, Chris Carroll (Cindy) and Kellye King of Rock Hill; his sisters, Nita McGill and Janice Sutton (Joe) of York; his sister-in-law Rena Holmes (Craig) of Surfside; and his grandchildren, Kyndra Ring (Jason), Kylee George (Chris), Chad Sealey (Danielle), Christopher Carroll (Doreen), Brittany Kelly (Michael), Will King (Alison), Ashlyn Ryals (Nick), Weston King, Sandy Allen (Rachel) and Jordan Allen (Brittany). He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
