He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Johnson and Estelle Pennell Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Johnson; his children, Sheila Gaskins (Steven) of Rock Hill, Charles Johnson, Jr. of Bennettsville, SC and Randy Johnson of Columbia, SC; his siblings, Joyce Faw of North Wilkesboro, Ernest Johnson (Cindy) of Lancaster, SC and Bill Johnson of Spartanburg, SC; and his friends, Sheila and Steven Gaskins. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
