She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Ray Hargett and Gladys Inez Brock Hargett; her daughter Wanda Cherry; and her sisters, Joyce Ratliff, Wanda Bayne and Allie Woods.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Grose; her children, Jewell Gregory (Robert), Amanda Grose Carlton, Ronald Cherry, II (Sandra) and Matthew Grose (Becca); and her siblings, Ray Hargett (Sherry), Linda Barfield and Doris Knotts (Roger). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
