We bid farewell to Carolyn Padgett of Rock Hill, South Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 1, 2024 at the age of 82. Carolyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leroy Bartles and Ruth Aline Berry; and her husband Gilbert Padgett. She is survived by: her children, Gilbert Padgett (Lynn), John Padgett and Susan Prater (Benson); her siblings, Donald R. Fogleman and Jo E. Fogleman; and her grandchildren, John Padgett II (Michelle), Benjamin Prater (Jennifer), Tiffany McManus (Garrett), Matthew Prater (Kaitlyn) and Hunter Padgett. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
