It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jean Lawings in Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on January 15, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William M. Gaynor and Maebell West Gaynor; her husband Ted Eugene Lawing; and her siblings, William W. Gaynor and Janet Scruggs.
She is survived by: her sons, William Lawings (Kim) of Harrisonburg, VA and Jeff Lawings (Deanna) of Salem, OH; her sisters, Pansy Gaynor of Columbia, SC and Bernice Mackey of Rock Hill; her grandchildren, Corey Lawings, Caity Lawings, Cassi Brown, Emily Boers and Matthew Boers; her great grandchild Max; and her pet Annabelle.
