She was predeceased by: her sons, Kyle Torreyson, Jr. (Rassie) and Delbert McCray Stewart; her grandson Delbert McCray Stewart, Jr.; her brothers, Coy Sharpe, Roy Sharpe and Jerry Bain Sharpe; and her parents, Jennie Kate Sharpe and Roy Eugene Sharpe.
She is survived by: her husband Kyle Torreyson; her children, Kathy Stewart Puckett (Bobby) of McLeansville, NC and Dalmer Carl (George); her daughter-in-law Jean Stewart of Gibsonville, NC; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Jennie), Shively (Jeff) of Richmond, VA, Bobbie Feraco (David) of Durham, NC, Katie Morgan (Justin) of Brown Summit, NC, Bobby Gene Stewart of Gibsonville, NC, Jeremiah Stewart (Rebecca) of Seagrave, NC, Jonathan Stewart (Ronna) of Graham, NC, James Stewart (Chassity) of Julian, NC and Carlie Powell (Rod Fiancé) of Rock Hill; and her siblings, Dianne Cross, Grady Sharpe, John Sharpe and Rickey Sharpe. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Carlie's name to Neely's Creek ARP Church.
