He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Benjamin Lewis and Virginia Pendleton Lewis; his brother Wayne Lewis; his sister-in-law Chris Lewis; and his grandmother Maxie Pendleton.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Lewis; his brother Steve Lewis (Brenda); his aunt Faye Lewis; his sister-in-law Laurie Strit; and his pet Bear. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
