It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Starnes of Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in Sharon, South Carolina, who passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Russell Beard and Sarah Erwood Beard; her husband Alfred "Al" Starnes; her brother Winfred Lamond Beard; her children, Lisa Hovis (Brian), Robbie Sanford (Eleanor) and Kimberly Harvell; her grandchildren, Matthew Hovis (Kendra), Emma Hovis Rape (Luke), Neely Sanford (Reese), Mallory Harvell Martin (Jay), Chloe Sanford, Isaac Harvell and Harper Sanford; and her great grandchildren, Jace, Liam Hovis, Hollis and Skip Rape.
