She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmers Hayes and Georgia Marie Hayes; her husband Edward Christopher Sallis, Sr.; and her siblings, Jean Hayes Schneiders, Billie Hayes Foley and Buster Hayes.
She is survived by: her son Edward Christopher "Kit" Sallis, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Charlotte Chism Sallis; her grandchildren, Ashley Marie Faile (Austin) and Christopher Adam Sallis (Laura); and her great grandchildren, Austin "AJ" Jr., Autumn, Kadin and Kylie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Mrs. Bonnie Marie Sallis' name.
