He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Andrew Tinkler and Elizabeth Peay Tinkler; and his brother Leonard Andrew Tinkler. He is survived by: his sons, Bobby Ray Tinkler, Jr. (Frances) of Easley, Ernest Kevin Tinkler (Marty) of Edgemoor and Richard Brian Tinkler (Dusty) of Edgemoor; his grandchildren, Emily, Reeves (Dana), Lindsey, Drew, Caylin and Gabe; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Wyatt, Marlie and Kash; and his sister Voncille Bigger of Rock Hill.
