He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Simmons and Allie Kay Simmons. He is survived by: his sister Joyce S. Cauthen of Rock Hill; and his nephews, Brian Keith Cauthen (Tammy) of Rock Hill and Kenny Cauthen (Maxine) of Rock Hill.
