With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Ray Mallard (Rock Hill, South Carolina), who passed away on July 24, 2024 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry Wayne Mallard; and his brother Joseph Mallard. He is survived by: his mother Ann Marie Threatt Mallard of Fort Mill, SC; his children, Jessie Mallard of Chesnee, SC, Casey Mallard, Alexis Mallard and Cameron Lee of Fort Mill, SC; his brother James Smith Mallard of Lancaster, SC; and his aunt Rachel Boone. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, family and friends.
