He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie C. Hicks and Therese Piendl Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Donna Eugenia Fuller Hicks (Fetner); his daughter Shannon Eugenia Hicks Benarroch; and his grandsons, Acir Columbus and Amir Amore Benarroch of Portland, Oregon..
