He was predeceased by: his son Sam Howe. He is survived by: his spouses, Linda Ann Bagwell Howe and Julie; his grandchildren, Matthew Howe (Heather), Allison Whitaker (Tim) and Christopher Dean; and also, Ricky Dean (Susie) and Danny Dean.
