She is survived by: her nephew Uriah; her nieces, Avery and Harper; her stepmothers, Glenn, Shirley Phillips of Charleston and W. Va; and her siblings, Adam Phillips (Dusti), Emily Bauman (Alex) and Elizabeth Phillips. She is also survived by her nephew and nieces, she is survived by her father.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a celebration of Beth's life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Beth's name to The HEARTest Yard, an initiative committed to helping families of children with congenital heart defects.
