She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerrit Doll and Hattie Cora Henschell; and her former husband Dr. John Sargent (Emeritus Professor). She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Crook; her daughter Karen Sargent; her stepson Richard Crook (Sinead); her stepgrandchildren, Timmy, Tommy and Barbara; her sisters, Loretta Nethercot and Martha Doll "Sue" Stefaniak; her nieces and nephews, Pamela Phelps (Glen), Shawn Koepnick, Nina McLendon (Woody), Renée Warren (Kendall), Donn "Skip" Koepnick (Mary) and Scott Stefaniak (Shawna); her great-nephew Travis Harmon (Melissa); and her sister-in-law Patricia Crook Barger. She is also survived by two other great nephews and one great great-niece.
