She is survived by: her parent Elsie Thames Lee; her husband Harvey "Duane" Ivey; her son Randal Ivey (Barbara); and also Dolly. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Fay's memory to the North American Mission Board.
