She is survived by: her sons, William F Adkins, Jr. of Rock Hill, SC and Fred Adkins of Columbia, SC; her grandchildren, Mandi Pate (Russell) of York, SC, Tori Charles (Michael) of Rock Hill, SC, Tripp Adkins of York, SC, Billy Adkins (Melanie) of Richburg, SC and Tyler Adkins (Phillip) of York, SC; and her great grandchildren, Kaylan Petty (John), Caitlin Hunter (Kevin), Austin Pate (Angela), Cadin Alvarado (Becca), Abriel Alvarado (Phillip), Brie-Anna Charles, Noah Charles, Will Adkins, Mason Adkins, Audra Adkins, Briella Adkins, Audriana Adkins and Kamilla Adkins.
