She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Starnes and Emma Ashley Starnes; her daughters, Patty Denise Williams and Tina Annette Williams; and her siblings, Ralph Starnes, Thomas Starnes, Marvin Starnes, Robert Starnes, Fred Starnes, Gene Starnes, Joyce Blackwell, Carolyn Porter and Mott Brazzell.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Raymond C. "Tommy" Williams; her son Chris Williams (Kathy) of Rock Hill; her grandchildren, Celesa Jackson, Caleb Williams, Josh Williams (Nicole) and Samuel Williams (Ashleigh); and her brothers, Ray Starnes (Kay) of Rock Hill and Donnie Starnes (Sis) of Lancaster. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Williams's name to Security Baptist Church, Building Fund, 2749 Chapman Cr., Rock Hill, SC 29732.
