It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Dargan Broome of Ridgeway, South Carolina, born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Willie D. "W. D."; and his sister Ann Louise Broome. He is survived by: his wife Ansilee Shealy Broome; his children, Sheron Gause (Ben) of Ridgeway, SC, Linda Malone (Scott) of Ridgeway, SC and William "Chip" Broome (Ellen) of Ridgeway, SC; and his grandchildren, Allison Kennedy (Joe), Brent Broome (Heather), Shealy Robinson (Josh), Kevin Malone (Paige) and Austin Gause (Shelli). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
