He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubren Connor and Thelma Smith Connor Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Millie "Artie" Connor; his children, Dedra "Dede" Ruff (John) of Ridgeway and Jason Connor (Elizabeth) of Canton, GA; his grandchildren, Shelton Connor, Lacy Connor, Doug Ruff and Louise Ruff; his sister Brenda C. Lee; and his nephew Jimmy Mudd.
