He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Furman Christenson; his parents, Helen Clyburn and Thomas Clyburn of Longtown; his parents-in-law, Marie and Eugene Haigler of Ridgeway; and his siblings-in-law, Marion and Willette Haigler.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Haigler Clyburn; his sons, Jeff (Kim) of Irmo, SC, Stephen (Jennifer) of Irmo, SC and Brian (Jen) of Irmo, SC; his grandchildren, Will, Matthew, Brianna, Brooke, Dorian and Bailey; his sisters, Carolyn (David Brown) of Camden and Nancy (Spencer Watts) of Longtown; and his sister-in-law Mary J.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
