He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Henderson Watts and Ella Hall Watts; and his siblings, Jennings, Cleveland, Carl, Lindsey, Lucille, Leona and JoAnn.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Clyburn Watts; his daughter Cassie Borough (Brian); and his granddaughter Brooke Ellen Borough of Lexington, S. C.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
