He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Boykin; his daughters, April and Carol Ann Porter of Columbia; his grandchildren, Tiffany "Pumpkin" Lee, Connor Lee, Elizabeth Cannaday and Jonathan Porter; his great grandchild Winsten James Sharpe; and his siblings, Joe Boykin (Janet) and Gayle Mogridge (Fred).
