It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Hollis (Ridgeway, South Carolina), who passed away on October 7, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent John Palmer; and his brothers, Wilber Hollis and Aaron Hollis. He is survived by: his parent Effie Joyner Hollis; his wife Beverly A. Hollis; his children, Gary T. Hollis (Lisa) and Lisa E. Hollis; and his siblings, Jack Hollis, Mildred Renew and Dorothy Riley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Norris's memory to Sawney's Creek Baptist Church, 14605 State Highway 34 E. Ridgeway, SC 29130.
