He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred LaBorde and Clara Gertrude Medlin Rowe; and his siblings, Billy Rowe, Barbara Ann Beck, David Rowe, Tony Rowe and Larry Rowe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Keister Rowe Sasser (Jay) and Karrie Melton; his grandchildren, Anna Brigman, Blythe Melton and Charlice "Charli" Melton; and his sister Doris Williams.
