He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Broad and Lillie Mae Broad; his brother LeRoy Crownover; and his grandchildren, Peyton Broad and Addilyn Broad.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Wilson Broad (Kimberly) of Ridgeville, SC, William O'Sullivan Broad of Ridgeville, SC and Roxanne Benton (Frankie) of Ridgeville, SC; his siblings, Daniel Lee Taylor (Sarah) of Moncks Corner, SC, Donnie Crownover of Pompano Beach, FL and Janice Bland (John) of Oviedo, FL; and his grandchildren, Jacob Broad, Kinsley Broad, Kaylee Broad, Joslyn Broad and Shayla Benton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
