She was predeceased by: her husband James Edward Carter; and her parents, Joseph Hughes and Sarah Hoff Hughes. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Carter Roth (Burt), Linda Carter Crosby (Wendell) and Jamie Edward Carter (Kim).
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Cummings Chapel Cemetery. A reception was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
