He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Cox Slavin; his children, Abigail Slavin and Andrew Slavin of Ridgeville; his brother Eric Slavin (Jennifer) of Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Corey Cox (Ari Crubaugh) of Summerville, Trey Cox of Summerville, Nate Slavin of Indiana and Sydney Slavin of Indiana. He is also survived by animals, and spending time with his wife and children.
