Ashe of Ridgeville, South Carolina, born in Summerville, South Carolina, who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ashe and Maybelle Ashe; his wife Mary L. Simmons Ashe; his son Cornelius Ashe; and his sisters, Mary Gaines and Lucille Bell Gregg.
He is survived by: his children, Felix Ashe (Evelyn), Kelvin Ashe (Missoura), Resto Ashe (Diana), Renee Gethers (James), Winslow Ashe (Barbara) and Charmas T. Ashe; his sister Dorothy Walker of Summerville, SC.; and his siblings-in-law, Vernether King of Summerville, SC, Roberta Felder, Glenny Williams (Bertie) and C. L. Simmons. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
