He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his son Roy Hughes (Cheri); his grandchildren, Scott McClure, Chuck McClure (Angela), Johnathan Chanes, Jasmine Bringuel (John) and Jordan Hughes (Tori); his great grandchildren, Aidan Bringuel, Yeva Bringuel, McKenzie McClure, Jaxon Hughes and Adalyn Hughes; and his uncle Arthur Cooler.
