It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Eric Drayton of Ridgeland, South Carolina, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Sadie Patterson Drayton; his brother Eddie Drayton; and his aunts and uncles, Deacon Isaac "Ike" Patterson, Esau Patterson, Jacob Patterson, Rumell Patterson, Daisy Burrison, Rebecca German and Gertrude Stevenson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
